Role Overview

DYOPATH is hiring a Product Manager focused on MSP and MSSP services. In this position, you will shape how service offerings are defined, packaged, priced, documented, and improved so they can be delivered consistently and at scale. The role is centered on turning complex technical services into well-structured, market-ready solutions that support business growth.

Role Details

  • Work location: Remote within the United States
  • Shift: First shift, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST
  • Annual pay: $130,000

What Makes This Role Unique

This position goes beyond conventional product management. The focus is on service design rather than software features, with an emphasis on repeatable delivery models, profitability, cross-team alignment, and AI-supported innovation. The work directly influences revenue by improving how services are positioned and delivered.

  • Create standardized service offerings instead of one-off solutions
  • Bring Sales, Delivery, Support, and Marketing into alignment
  • Develop scalable services that are both profitable and repeatable
  • Convert technical complexity into clear offerings that can be sold easily
  • Promote AI-enabled improvements and operational efficiency
  • Shape revenue through service definition and positioning

Core Responsibilities

You will own the full lifecycle of MSP and MSSP services, from initial definition through ongoing optimization. The role includes establishing customer profiles, segmenting services, maintaining documentation, supporting pricing strategy, enabling internal teams, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Lead the full lifecycle of MSP and MSSP services, from creation through refinement
  • Develop Ideal Customer Profiles and Target Customer Profiles
  • Organize offerings by customer size, industry vertical, and business unit
  • Keep marketed, sold, delivered, and supported services aligned
  • Maintain a structured and normalized service catalog
  • Own internal and client-facing product and service documentation
  • Set documentation standards, templates, and approval workflows
  • Ensure consistency across Sales, Delivery, Support, Finance, and Marketing
  • Build and update cost models, pricing frameworks, and MSRP guidance
  • Improve unit economics related to ticket handling, delivery, and infrastructure support
  • Support service scalability, profitability, and standardization
  • Work with Delivery, Security Operations, and Implementation teams to define required roles, competencies, and certifications
  • Connect product requirements to training and enablement efforts
  • Train internal teams in Sales, Delivery, and Support on service offerings
  • Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and advance AI-driven delivery strategies
  • Find opportunities for automation, efficiency, and growth at scale
  • Set rules that reduce unnecessary customization
  • Build feedback loops using input from Sales, clients, and internal teams
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on positioning and collateral accuracy
  • Help drive adoption, expansion, and retention through clear value messaging
  • Align offerings with market demand and changing client needs
  • Create and share product roadmaps and release schedules
  • Make sure services meet compliance, SLA, and contract requirements
  • Keep stakeholders accountable across functions

What Success Looks Like

  • You approach the business through scalable service models rather than custom exceptions
  • You know how to balance standardization with flexibility for clients
  • You can explain technical services in terms of business value
  • You influence multiple teams effectively even without direct reporting lines
  • You prioritize repeatability, profitability, and operational discipline
  • You communicate comfortably with both technical and non-technical audiences

First 90 Days

  • Review the current service catalog, documentation, and alignment gaps
  • Refine or create ICPs and the overall segmentation approach
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and improve unit economics
  • Set up governance for documentation and service change management
  • Improve alignment across Sales, Delivery, and Support

Required Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of product management experience in technical services such as MSP, MSSP, or a similar environment
  • Demonstrated ability to productize complex services rather than only software
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity services
  • Ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and client-ready materials
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Delivery, and Operations functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Background

  • Broad technical understanding across infrastructure, cloud, and security domains
  • Experience working in service-based or subscription-style business models
