Product Manager

Role overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for growing revenue for assigned product lines by shaping a clear go-to-market approach and building strong relationships with both current and prospective vendors. The role focuses on improving sales performance, nurturing partner relationships, bringing in new partnerships, and coordinating marketing initiatives together with the Solution Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap for the assigned product portfolio.
• Own the product lifecycle end to end, covering both long-term planning and day-to-day execution.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers across territories to identify and develop the most effective channel strategy for each product.
• Translate market needs into product requirements through research and regular engagement with existing and potential customers.
• Take charge of vendor relationship management in line with company direction.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners for the product range.
• Prepare, manage, and negotiate complex quotations.
• Maintain accurate inventory storage, tracking, and control through a reliable stock management process.
• Coordinate the rollout of focused campaigns and marketing activities.
• Prepare precise sales forecasts and market development reports that support business goals.
• Deliver strong partner support and respond promptly with the right resources to meet customer requirements.
• Support the development of a robust customer database and contribute to customer growth.
• Drive sales growth across the product line to support long-term revenue and profitability.
• Represent the product and the company positively within the region.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• Applicants should have 5 to 7 years of experience in the IT distribution ecosystem.
• Strong exposure to AI-focused and cybersecurity-oriented solutions is essential.
