Role Overview

The Product Development Specialist will play an active role in shaping, managing, and improving the fragrance product range. The position combines market research, product innovation, quality-focused coordination, and collaboration across teams to help the business deliver strong products that align with strategic goals and appeal to customers.

What You Will Do

• Research the market to identify customer preferences and keep track of industry developments.
• Study competitor activity to uncover gaps, opportunities, and areas for innovation.
• Support or lead the creation of new fragrance formulas and the enhancement of existing products.
• Oversee the product journey from idea development through launch and evaluate how products perform after release.
• Work with the Quality team to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute product plans smoothly.
• Gather and review data on product sales, profitability, and customer feedback.
• Prepare recurring reports and practical recommendations to improve product positioning.
• Monitor budgets linked to product development and marketing activities.
• Handle day-to-day product operations and keep documentation accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
