Role overview

As a Process Worker, you will help keep production running smoothly and help maintain high standards across the line. The role is very hands-on and you will be supported by team members and leaders as you learn the processes.

Key duties

• Run production and packaging equipment and lines
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised work area
• Carefully handle materials and machinery
• Work in line with food safety and workplace safety requirements
• Raise concerns when something appears incorrect or out of place
• Contribute as a dependable member of a team-oriented environment
