Plumber

Role overview

This position is for an experienced plumber to join a specialist team delivering high-quality plumbing work across commercial sites. The base location is Enfield, with projects carried out across London and within the M25. The work covers a mixture of long-running assignments and smaller planned jobs, with a focus on staying on one site for extended periods rather than rotating between multiple locations in a single day.

Key duties

• Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
• Deliver a range of planned project tasks, including both larger assignments and smaller specialist works.
• Work either independently or alongside a broader multi-trade site team.
• Inform supervisors or project managers when extra materials or additional trades are needed.
• Keep job sheets, material records, and project paperwork completed accurately.
• Carry out all work to a high standard of safety, compliance, and workmanship.

Requirements

• A valid UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves regular travel across London and the M25 area.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is required.
• Strong hands-on plumbing experience is needed, and multi-trade capability will be an advantage.
• Experience in office or commercial environments is strongly preferred.
• You should be able to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Good communication, dependability, and professional behaviour are important.
• An enhanced review of criminal record history will be carried out because of the nature of the role.
