Planner

Role overview

Kinergy Corporation Limited is hiring a Planner to support production and material planning activities in Singapore. This position focuses on coordinating demand, materials, inventory, and purchase requisitions so that supply schedules stay aligned with business and delivery needs.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into planning inputs.
• Monitor how often MRP runs are generated and ensure purchase requisitions are released in a timely manner.
• Organize and supervise material and supply schedules, including the delivery flow of products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to balance supply and demand and keep timelines on track.
• Oversee inventory control and help maintain appropriate stock levels.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting with material management responsibilities.
• Prior exposure to MRP-related systems is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and material management software.
