Position Details

• This opportunity is open to new graduates.
• The schedule can be up to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will provide safe, effective, and appropriate medication therapy while supporting a positive environment for both employees and customers. This role is important for maintaining strong standards in patient care, customer experience, and pharmacy workflow.

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services such as medication reviews and disease management support.
• Create care plans, complete follow-ups, and maintain proper documentation.
• Administer immunizations.
• Evaluate whether drug therapy is suitable and appropriate.
• Support and track medication adherence.
• Gather and record relevant patient, medication, and condition-related information.
• Suggest over-the-counter products and vitamins when appropriate.
• Respond to patient questions that require clinical judgment, therapeutic knowledge, or assessment.
• Oversee a pharmacy student or provisional pharmacist performing restricted activities.
• Carry out additional duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience with Kroll pharmacy software.
• Background working in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
