About the Role
Mercor is hiring a remote people operations/recruiting evaluator to assess AI-generated work for quality, accuracy, and presentation. The company works with top AI research organizations and is backed by well-known investors.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-created content using role-specific quality standards.
- Spot factual mistakes, visual issues, and presentation problems in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write precise, well-organized feedback that helps improve model outputs.
- Use strong domain knowledge to judge the correctness and depth of the work.
- Handle assignments independently and on your own schedule while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in people operations or recruiting.
- Strong command of English, either native-level or professionally fluent.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
- A master's degree or higher from a respected institution is preferred.
