Role overview
This is a fully remote, full-time Partnerships Manager position based in Australia. The role offers a competitive salary package with superannuation and benefits. It is suited to someone who is relationship-led, commercially minded, and energized by creating value through strategic partnerships and referrals.
The main focus of the role is to grow and manage a partner ecosystem that generates qualified pipeline each month from partner-sourced leads. You will oversee the complete partner journey, starting from outreach and onboarding through to enablement, ongoing relationship management, and performance optimisation.
What you will do
- Source, engage, onboard, and strengthen relationships with new strategic partners.
- Develop and expand the existing partner base so the referral channel remains active and effective.
- Equip partners with the tools, information, and support they need to collaborate effectively.
- Work toward delivering more than $10k in closed-won MRR each month from warm referrals.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and strong deal support.
- Monitor partner activity, report on results, and continually improve outreach and engagement efforts.
- Create and refine outreach sequences, onboarding processes, and partner enablement workflows.
- Use HubSpot to manage contacts, track opportunities, and review channel performance.
- Test new approaches to expand and improve the partner channel.
- Collaborate with the Director to help shape partnership strategy.
- Feed insights from the partner network back into the wider business.
- Work with internal teams as needed to support partner-related initiatives.
What the company does
farsiight is a performance-focused growth marketing agency specialising in DTC, tech, and B2B brands. Over the past seven years, the business has worked with more than 100 of Australia’s fastest-growing companies, helping them grow paid media performance, strengthen unit economics, and build scalable marketing systems.
Although the agency began with performance marketing, its service offering has broadened. Today, the team supports clients across the full funnel, including paid social, paid search, creative, strategy, and measurement. The culture is senior, collaborative, and commercially sharp, with an emphasis on clarity, transparency, and meaningful outcomes.
Company approach
The business follows a selective partnership philosophy: it only works with companies it genuinely believes in, companies that will treat the agency as a true partner, and companies it is confident it can help succeed. This approach has contributed to a 95.5% client retention rate and recognition as one of Australia’s top-rated agencies on Clutch.
Requirements and expectations
Candidates should bring at least 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances, preferably in a marketing agency, SaaS, or eCommerce environment. This experience requirement is mandatory.
The role also calls for a proven history of contributing to, or building, successful referral or partner programs. You should be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders such as fractional CFOs, business coaches, agency founders, and investors.
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is expected, along with excellent communication, organisation, and results-driven thinking.
Travel is required as part of the role, including in-person meetings with partners in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.
Skills and working style
The ideal candidate is commercially aware, relationship-driven, highly organised, and confident communicating clearly across messages, calls, and CRM updates. You should be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of outcomes, and staying focused on targets.
You should also understand how agencies, SaaS businesses, and eCommerce companies operate, and be proactive in finding better ways to build, scale, and improve the partner experience.
Compensation
The salary is competitive and includes superannuation plus benefits.
