What you will do

• Build, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships with important external stakeholders.
• Oversee E-Channel operations, improve channel performance, and refine the end-to-end customer journey.
• Spot new partnership opportunities that can contribute to business expansion.
• Work closely with internal functions such as IT and customer service to strengthen the digital channel experience.
• Track performance indicators and make sure outcomes stay aligned with company objectives.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a similar discipline.
• Prior experience in partnerships, business development, or digital channel management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation ability.
• A structured, analytical approach with solid problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office tools in day-to-day work.
