About the company
Notion is a shared AI workspace designed to help teams and agents work side by side. It brings knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into one place so work becomes faster, clearer, and less scattered. People from individuals to large enterprises use it to run their day-to-day work.
Employees are expected to be the first users of the product and help shape the future of work with a high standard of craft, durability, and human-centered thinking. The focus is not on shipping isolated features, but on building systems that improve how people and AI collaborate, support a company’s source of truth, and remove repetitive work so customers can spend more time on meaningful work.
Role overview
This position will lead strategy and execution for partner and consultant programs, covering both self-serve and sales-assisted motions. The work includes shaping program direction, improving how the motions connect, and building the operating structure needed to support growth over the next several years.
You will turn strategy into annual plans, priorities, and cross-functional action items, while also helping establish the operational foundation for the partner organization. The role requires close partnership with teams across revenue operations, business technology, data, finance, product, and go-to-market functions.
The goal is to help build partner programs that improve customer experience, increase adoption, and drive ARR growth at scale. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in ambiguous environments, is highly data-driven, and has deep experience in partner and go-to-market operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own annual and half-year planning for the partner organization, including investment and divestment recommendations, headcount and operating expense planning, OKRs, KPIs, and incentive design.
- Create and maintain revenue and capacity models that support investment decisions, and convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Set up recurring business review cadences, such as KPI and OKR checkpoints, to ensure decisions are made at the right time.
- Work with business technology and data teams to define needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver the systems, reporting, and analytics required to run the partner business effectively.
- Improve partner workflows in collaboration with business technology and partner teams, with attention to onboarding, lead generation, and the end-to-end experience.
- Continuously refine operating processes and experiences by identifying friction points, improving efficiency, and introducing automation where useful.
- Develop and recommend data-informed approaches for tiering, incentives, referral models, and related partner strategies.
Requirements
- Deep analytical and modeling ability, with comfort turning unclear problems into structured, data-backed recommendations.
- A process-first mindset, with the ability to design efficient workflows and automation that speed up business outcomes.
- Strong judgment around business impact and return on investment, including the ability to frame tradeoffs for leadership.
- Excellent communication skills across different audiences, functions, and seniority levels, including executives.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence, with a willingness to both step back and dive into execution as needed.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to translate strategy into milestones, goals, and dependencies.
- A fast-moving, experiment-oriented approach that uses pilots, success measures, and scaling to drive results quickly.
- Solid understanding of partner and consultant models, go-to-market functions, and operational excellence in this space.
- At least 10 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, analytics, or consulting, with experience in tech or SaaS.
- Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to use them to work more effectively, even if deep AI expertise is not required.
Preferred qualifications
- Practical experience working with partner systems.
- Advanced analytics or statistics background, or hands-on SQL ability.
- Experience supporting executive leadership directly.
- Broader go-to-market operations exposure, such as sales operations, customer success, customer experience, or marketing operations.
Compensation and benefits
The company offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Pay will depend on factors such as location, role scope, and the candidate’s experience and expertise. For positions based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range is $230,000 to $260,000 per year.
Application and policy notes
Submitting an application means agreeing that the company and its affiliates will collect and process applicant information in line with its recruiting privacy policy and applicable local law.
AI expectations
AI curiosity is expected across the company. Team members are encouraged to explore, experiment, and use AI as a practical collaborator in their work. In some roles, AI fluency may be a specific requirement, but that will be stated directly where relevant.

The company welcomes applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and encourages people to apply even if they do not meet every listed qualification. It is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics.
