Role Overview

The Onboarding Specialist will help expand the patient base across the United States by introducing and explaining medication management solutions, completing phone-based medication assessments, and enrolling patients in the service. This role focuses on creating strong patient relationships through attentive service, clear education, and acting as the link between the patient and the ExactCare pharmacy team.

What You Will Do

  • Complete health and medication reviews with patients, including a detailed check of current medicines, how they are taken, and relevant health details.
  • Enter prescription information accurately so patients receive the correct medications.
  • Work toward the performance goals established by management.
  • Make a strong first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and communicate the value of its services.
  • Educate facilities, institutions, and patients about ExactCare offerings.
  • Guide the patient assessment process to support growth and preserve referral partnerships.
  • Keep records accurate and prepare reports so information is consistent across the ExactCare team.
  • Contact prospective patients daily, arrange telephonic reviews, and complete follow-up calls.
  • Take part in daily team huddles, training sessions, and other meetings as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with management.
  • Represent AnewHealth’s core values in every interaction.
  • Carry out other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience in pharmacy-related customer service, is comfortable with phone-based conversations, and can balance organization, accuracy, and empathy while working independently in a remote setting.

Education

An associate’s degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be accepted as an exception.

Experience

At least 1 year of pharmacy customer service experience is required. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
