OMS Engineer

This opportunity is for an Operations Management System (OMS) Engineer based at the Te Kapua site. The role suits someone who can lead with confidence, build trust across teams and customers, and keep work moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Make sure all operational tracking and performance management tools are either ready or clearly planned before and during deployment readiness and implementation.
• Support smooth and consistent rollouts at each assigned location.
• Review data to identify where source systems are not delivering information in the right format or level of detail.
• Map and assess processes thoroughly so standards can be applied effectively.
• Create warehouse and location maps where needed, with enough detail to support long-term flexibility, maintenance, and accurate standards.
• Train site users and other stakeholders on the use of performance tools and systems, including interpretation, upkeep, and issue resolution.
