  • Keep documents, files, and records well organized for quick reference and retrieval.
  • Handle incoming emails, calls, messages, and other requests as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, external vendors, customers, and other stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Protect confidential information related to leadership and business operations at all times.

Meeting and Event Coordination

  • Arrange meetings by booking rooms, sending calendar invitations, setting up conference calls, organizing catering, and managing visitor registration.
