Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day office administration and ensure core workplace operations stay efficient.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, monitor stock levels, and maintain inventory records.
- Track fixed assets and keep related documentation accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with vendors, process purchase orders, and support budget monitoring.
- Oversee facilities-related services such as maintenance, cleaning, and security access arrangements.
- Support office coordination tasks including archival handling and planning or execution of office moves.

The ideal candidate should bring strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, along with the confidence to work independently in a busy, fast-moving environment. Prior exposure to business continuity planning, operational workflows, and office systems would be beneficial. Attention to detail, flexibility, and a practical, hands-on mindset are important for success in this position.
