Non IT Recruiter

Overview

Contactx Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Non-IT Recruiter who can work from home and join immediately. The role focuses on end-to-end hiring for non-technical positions, with an emphasis on consistent sourcing, candidate conversion, and client coordination.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop a sourcing plan and identify the right talent pools for open roles.
• Share at least 6 to 7 CVs with clients every day.
• Achieve a hiring closure target of 3 to 5 joiners per month.
• Conduct weekly calls with each client SPOC and circulate MOMs to the Client, Director Operations, and Recruiters.
• Keep an updated tracker for each client, including receipt date, actions taken, response time, and current status.
• Find candidates through job portals, networking platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
• Evaluate profiles, map critical skills, shortlist suitable candidates, and support assessment stages.
• Manage candidate movement effectively to improve conversion rates.
• Participate in client review meetings, handle expectations, and work through recruitment challenges.
• Maintain a steady candidate pipeline for active and upcoming mandates.
• Update drive-wise and position-wise trackers to improve efficiency and revenue.
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including client coordination, candidate engagement, negotiation, and closure.
