Role overview
This position involves both surgical and clinical responsibility, with focus on complex brain and spine care, diagnostic review, and ongoing patient management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate operating room teams, including surgeons and nursing staff, during surgical procedures.
- Use operating microscopes to carry out microsurgical procedures.
- Arrange, conduct, and review diagnostic investigations such as MRI, PET, and CT scans.
- Examine and diagnose patients, prescribe suitable treatment plans, and track patient recovery and progress.
Candidate profile
The preferred applicant should hold an M.Ch or DNB qualification in the relevant specialty.
