Role overview

This position is based in Amberley and focuses on supporting BIG’s FMCG client work by managing in-store relationships at Woolworths on an ongoing casual basis.

Working hours and location

• Store location: Woolworths Amberley
• Weekly commitment: up to 14 hours
• Sunday shifts: after 12:00 pm, any time after midday
• Monday shifts: work must be completed before 2:00 pm
• You must also be available on Wednesday or Thursday for follow-up visits if needed
• Hours will vary depending on business needs
• Work is onsite and physically active

Clients supported

Typical accounts include Unilever, Spark and Cartology, along with other FMCG brands.

Key duties

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with store teams
• Set up and place point-of-sale materials
• Carry out audits, compliance checks and quality inspections
• Upload completed tasks and high-quality photos each day using a smartphone or tablet
• Act as a professional and positive representative of BIG and its clients

Candidate profile

The ideal person can work independently, communicates clearly, stays organised and pays close attention to detail. Experience in retail or supermarket environments is preferred but not essential. The role also suits someone comfortable with repetitive physical tasks.

• Hourly pay of $26.80 plus 8% loading
