About the company

Wingstop is a fast-expanding restaurant brand built around bold flavor. Since opening in 1994, the company has grown quickly, supported by a strong partner-led model and a culture shaped by entrepreneurial spirit, service focus, authenticity, and a sense of fun.

The organisation believes its growth is powered by people and shared values. That mindset is intended to create a strong team culture, support restaurant success, and keep the brand positioned for continued expansion.

Role overview

The Marketing Coordinator will sit within the EMEA regional marketing team and support a portfolio of around 200 to 250 restaurants operated by 10 brand partners. This is a remote position, but it involves frequent international travel across the EMEA region.

The role calls for someone who is energetic, creative, highly collaborative, and skilled at building relationships across cultures and communities. It requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to help drive sales growth, brand awareness, and engagement through effective marketing support.

The coordinator will help optimise day-to-day sales performance, build and activate marketing calendars with brand partners, strengthen digital performance, improve brand consistency, and support premium positioning. The role also plays an important part in assisting the Senior Marketing Manager with new market launches.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with the sales and marketing leads of brand partners across existing markets.
  • Advise on campaign activation, marketing innovation, and calendar planning.
  • Work with brand partners to protect brand standards, including logo use, press release approvals, and compliance with local legislation.
  • Support the wider EMEA team and brand partners with marketing materials for presentations and new market launch induction packs.
  • Share effective ideas, content, and best practices between markets and the Global Support Centre where relevant.
  • Coordinate with the Global Support Centre to roll out global brand moments across EMEA markets.
  • Contribute to pricing and menu management recommendations.
  • Own trend analysis and turn findings into practical recommendations.
  • Support marketing strategy and execution for new market entries, including competitor pricing analysis.
  • Provide input on pre-market assessments, brand tracking, innovation research, and pricing studies.
  • Represent EMEA in marketing forums such as international marketing calls, new market entry project calls, and digital calls, while sharing key updates.
  • Help localise campaigns for regional needs without compromising brand consistency.
  • Keep the central brand asset library current and organised.
  • Track competitor activity and marketing initiatives across markets.
  • Work with the technology team to support website builds, updates, and localisation for both existing and new markets.
  • Assist with Google Business Profile setup and ongoing optimisation for new market launches and restaurant openings.
  • Coordinate with the Global Support Centre to create official social media handles for new markets and support brand partner onboarding to social channels, governance, and best-practice use.

What success looks like

This role suits someone who understands that restaurant-level success is the priority and that support work should always help the business on the ground. It is ideal for a person who stays humble, acts quickly, takes ownership, and contributes practical ideas rather than simply identifying issues.

The right person will bring empathy, respect, emotional intelligence, and a team-first approach. They will be comfortable with constructive challenge, committed to continuous improvement, and motivated to help others grow.

Benefits

  • 25 days of paid annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • One paid volunteer day each year
  • Discretionary 5% bonus based on company performance
  • Private healthcare cover
  • Wellness reimbursement support
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave
  • Company mobile phone
