Overview
Wright 1 Care Inc. is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support communication, promotional, and business development activities. The position is based in Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada and must be performed at the physical workplace.

Responsibilities
- Create and roll out communication plans and strategies.
- Draft, refine, and help establish communication policies.
- Review the effectiveness of communication initiatives and programs.
- Put communication plans and campaigns into action.
- Prepare public-facing written content and materials.
- Write reports, briefs, website copy, speeches, presentations, and press releases.
- Develop educational, promotional, and informational content that builds interest and awareness.
- Support planning and launch activities for new business ventures.
- Guide and coordinate staff, students, and other support resources when needed.
- Assist with project planning and development initiatives.
- Help identify and develop venture capital sources.
- Respond to business community questions about development opportunities.
- Research consumer buying patterns and preferences using surveys and data analysis.
- Serve as a spokesperson when required.
- Handle written and verbal inquiries.
- Plan and coordinate special publicity events and promotional activities.
- Collect, research, and organize communication materials.
- Maintain media relationships and ongoing contact with press outlets.
- Carry out marketing analysis and market research studies.
- Study local, regional, and international social or economic trends to assess development potential.
- Create questionnaires for market research.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials.
- Design, execute, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Prepare feasibility studies and funding applications.
- Plan and run online marketing, ecommerce, and website promotion activities.
- Develop marketing strategies and business plans.
- Confirm that required business and commercial licences are in place.
- Manage and update digital databases.
- Edit newsletters, press releases, and other communications content.
