As the business grows, the team is seeking a driven marketing professional who can contribute to brand growth in a specialized, fast-moving environment. This role suits someone who enjoys taking initiative, working with ownership, and contributing to meaningful outcomes.
Role summary
The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing execution, including email campaign management, social media coordination, marketing database upkeep, and lead generation support. This is a full-time remote opportunity with room to develop within a mission-focused organization.
Working schedule
The position follows Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, run, and manage email marketing campaigns and related content.
- Develop, schedule, and maintain content across social platforms.
- Research leads and help qualify prospects for follow-up.
- Keep the marketing database clean, accurate, and up to date.
- Handle website edits and publish blog posts as needed.
- Route inbound lead inquiries to the right teams and record data in the CRM.
- Support additional marketing and business development initiatives when required.
Experience and qualifications
Applicants should bring at least 2 years of experience in a comparable marketing position. Hands-on familiarity with social media management, content scheduling, and CRM data handling is important, and Salesforce knowledge is strongly preferred. Experience with email marketing tools such as Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms is also expected. Background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or regulatory work is considered an advantage.
Skills and competencies
The role calls for strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with excellent written and verbal communication. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking ability, deadline management, and solid organization and time management skills. A proactive, self-directed approach is essential.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience.
