Role summary

Key responsibilities

  • Own and shape the performance marketing technology roadmap together with product ownership and delivery teams.

  • Promote the use of MarTech and AdTech tools that strengthen acquisition, audience targeting, personalization, automation, and measurement.
  • Coordinate and deliver performance marketing projects across paid and owned media channels with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Spot gaps in capability, data, and technology, then recommend practical improvements to raise marketing efficiency and return on investment.
  • Refine workflows and operating processes to improve campaign delivery, reporting accuracy, and measurement quality.
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlogs so delivery remains aligned with business objectives.
  • Represent customer needs and business stakeholder interests throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on core performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and attribution outcomes.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies and support continuous delivery and product optimization.

Qualifications and experience
