Role Overview
This position sits within the front-line marketing function and focuses on converting category-level growth direction into practical channel plans for CMG channels. The role connects brand priorities, trade windows, customer needs, and execution budgets to shape annual and mid-year plans that can be delivered effectively across accounts.
What You Will Do
- Turn category growth strategy into channel-specific portfolio execution plans for CMG channels.
- Drive the integrated CMG calendar so that brand priorities, trade timing, and channel plans stay aligned, while keeping track of budgets across brands and channels.
- Lead annual business planning for accelerating customers, including JBP work and VDATE closures.
- Own the full JBP process for key CMG accounts, from tailored ideation and brand synthesis to budget discussions, prioritization, and finalization of the annual customer marketing calendar.
- Independently manage VDATE closures, including top-line budget alignment with brand teams, DME/UC tabulation, KAM approvals, final program summaries, execution follow-through, and post-program reporting.
- Act as the main integration point between Marketing and CMG during annual and mid-year planning cycles.
- Create customized selling narratives and presentation decks for customers, adapted to each account’s needs and bottler expectations.
- Run bottler/customer connect sessions and translate brand direction into account-specific execution plans.
- Design and implement shopper marketing programs with CMG KAMs, linking consumer marketing strategy to in-store shopper behaviour.
- Brief and oversee creative development for shopper marketing across channels.
- Monitor brand and program performance, capture shopper insights, and feed learnings into future planning.
- Use data-driven decision-making for CMG marketing investments, including ROI analysis, sell-in presentations, and performance dashboards.
- Build analytics frameworks that connect category growth measures with channel execution KPIs.
- Collaborate across the wider TCCC system to bring final strategies to life.
- Influence internal specialists such as Connections, Activation, CE, Assets, and R&D, along with external partners like creative and design agencies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience within the TCCC system.
- Strong command of business analytics and comfort working with data.
- MBA from a top-tier business school is preferred.
- Ability to work across functions and align multiple stakeholders behind execution plans.
