Role Overview

La vanille Madagascar is seeking a Maintenance Manager to take charge of maintenance activities and help keep the facility operating smoothly. This is a mid-level to senior leadership position suited to someone who can balance hands-on technical oversight with team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day maintenance function and support overall site performance.
• Plan and run preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives.
• Track equipment reliability, machine downtime, and repair planning.
• Guide maintenance staff and coordinate their work effectively.
• Work with external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain high standards for safety, compliance, and operational control.

What We’re Looking For

• A background in engineering, preferably mechanical or industrial.
• Solid technical knowledge and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Prior experience in maintenance, equipment support, or facility operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams well.
• Comfort working in a demanding industrial setting.
