Role Overview

The Lot Attendant helps present the dealership’s brand experience by keeping the vehicle lot supervised, organized, and well maintained. This position calls for strong attention to detail, solid organization, and the ability to stay productive in a busy environment.

Key Duties

• Maintain a clean appearance across the vehicle lot and all vehicles.
• Refuel vehicles when needed.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, marks, and other visible issues.
• Park and position vehicles in designated spaces to improve lot flow and space usage.
• Replace license plates as needed.
• Complete paperwork and records accurately and on time.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and prepared for delivery or display.
• Start vehicles and identify any dead batteries.
• Keep inventory arranged neatly and orderly.
• Remove debris and trash from the work area and around vehicles.
• Keep the delivery area clear of vehicles and debris.
• Organize supplies at the end of each day.
• In winter, shovel, sand, and clear doorways.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
