As a Logistics Analyst in the EMEIA logistics team, you will lead important projects, shape how the company works with carriers and suppliers, and help improve customer experience at scale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier performance by defining expectations, monitoring results, and ensuring accountability against the KPIs that matter most.
• Create and maintain SOPs that standardize and clarify transportation processes across EMEIA, while adapting them to different business needs.
• Coordinate supplier activity for high-pressure periods such as Peak Season and New Product Introductions, where precision is essential.
• Own logistics projects and programmes from start to finish, with a strong focus on improving execution and customer satisfaction across the EMEIA region.
• Help shape and deliver the EMEIA transportation strategy, including how the region operates today and how it will develop in the future.
• Take tactical responsibility for critical delivery events, balancing cost control with on-time service expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional EMEIA Operations teams to launch new transportation initiatives and produce actionable business insights.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly supplier forums by setting agendas, guiding priorities, and converting discussions into clear next steps.
• Collaborate with Finance to find and implement measurable cost savings.
• Use modern analytics and insight tools to transform raw information into usable intelligence and improve visibility across the EMEIA logistics network.

Requirements

• Background in Planning, Logistics, Retail, Finance, or Operations within a fast-moving, product-led industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, Economics, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, creative approach to simplifying processes and handling complexity.
• Clear communicator who can handle supplier reviews and executive-level presentations with confidence; experience using Keynote is helpful.
• Solid analytical capability with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data for senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working independently, building trust across teams, and advocating for the best outcome when opinions differ.
• Growth-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and a focus on continuous learning.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and maintain smooth team operations under pressure.
