Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad calls for a Land Surveyor who can support planning and construction work by carrying out accurate land and topographic surveys. The role involves collecting site data, using surveying instruments, preparing maps and reports, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to help ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out land and topographic surveys to collect data needed for planning and construction.
• Use survey equipment, including total stations, to take precise measurements on site.
• Prepare accurate maps, drawings, and survey reports based on field findings.
• Maintain a high level of precision and consistency in all surveying tasks.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to support development projects.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of topographic surveying and land surveying methods.
• Ability to operate total stations and related surveying tools and technologies.
• Background in building surveying and general survey work.
• Strong analytical ability with close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of Ahmedabad’s local land rules and construction procedures will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a varied team.
