About the Role
S&PB Retail Ltd, a rapidly expanding company with over 90 shops across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Midlands, is seeking a motivated Junior Shop Manager for its Golden Square, Warrington location. We pride ourselves on offering customers high-quality sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value in a fast-paced high street environment. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience.
- Lead, train, develop, and motivate the shop team.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management is essential.
- Experience within a food retail environment is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- A strong work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude are crucial.
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Skills in team training, development, and motivation.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Additional Information
The typical working hours are from 7:15 am to 5:15 pm, with a schedule of 5 days out of 7.
