Stellenbeschreibung
About the company
SmartFoodie is a Munich-based FoodTech startup focused on transforming employee meals through intelligent 24/7 steam-cooking vending machines. The team is fast-moving and strongly results-driven rather than corporate in style. The company values initiative, ownership, and the willingness to help build something from the ground up.
Role overview
This position is for a Junior Marketing Coordinator who will help keep day-to-day marketing work organized and moving forward across campaigns, content, events, and partner coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Keep ongoing marketing projects on track by managing timelines, materials, and action items.
- Organize marketing assets, including Canva files, folder structures, and templates.
- Assist with planning social media content, publishing posts, and supporting simple campaigns.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, along with influencer and KOL collaborations.
- Support tastings, events, trade fairs, pop-up activities, and other offline activations.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, external agencies, and business partners.
- Make sure materials, information, and deadlines are consistently followed up and maintained.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings around one year of experience in marketing, project management, events, social media, or a similar field. Strong German communication skills are expected, ideally native-level, along with solid English for internal coordination. The role suits someone highly organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently. A hands-on attitude, resilience under pressure, and an interest in food, startups, social media, and brand building are important. Experience with Canva, Instagram, content creation, or events is helpful, but reliability and structure matter more.

- Modern office space in Munich-Garching.
- Wellpass membership.
- Free daily meals from the company’s SmartFoodie machine.
