Role overview
As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart Supercenter #1326 in Grand Island, Nebraska, you will help create a welcoming first and last impression for customers by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe.
The role covers cleanliness across the property, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area, along with other parts of the store as needed.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $15 to $28 per hour. The company states that the wage will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location.
In addition to base pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may also be available in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. More than one premium may apply if the qualifying conditions are met.
Work schedule
This is a full-time position with available shifts in Mid-Shift and Closing.
