About the Role
Sunda International is looking for a dedicated Issuing Officer to join their team in Kajiado, Kenya. This role is crucial for managing the order preparation and issuance workflow, ensuring efficient labor management, and providing excellent customer service by resolving complaints.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and prompt preparation and issuance of orders.
- Oversee and manage labor resources to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work towards effective resolutions.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Demonstrate a strong command of the English language.
- Be knowledgeable about standard warehouse procedures and best practices.
