Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh for an Irrigation Supervisor. The role is responsible for managing daily irrigation activities, checking system performance, planning watering schedules, and making sure water is used efficiently across the assigned landscapes. The supervisor will lead field teams, coordinate maintenance and repair work, confirm compliance with safety and quality requirements, inspect pipelines and equipment, resolve technical issues, and keep detailed records of operations, maintenance actions, and resource usage. The role also involves working with facility management and client representatives to suggest improvements, support delivery targets, and improve irrigation practices based on operational and environmental needs.

Key Requirements

• In-depth understanding of irrigation systems, landscape upkeep methods, and approaches to water conservation.
• Proven ability to lead field personnel, organize work plans, and coordinate with contractors or service vendors.
• Capable of reviewing irrigation drawings, technical guides, and maintenance records.
• Hands-on familiarity with irrigation controllers, sensors, and related tools, along with basic troubleshooting capability.
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards connected to irrigation and facility operations.
• Well-developed planning, coordination, organization, and time-management abilities for handling several sites and activities.
• Clear and professional communication skills for engaging with teams, clients, and management.
• A technical diploma or similar vocational qualification in irrigation, agriculture, horticulture, or a related area is required; a bachelor’s degree is beneficial.
• Background in facility management, landscaping projects, or infrastructure services in similar settings is preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Riyadh, handle outdoor working conditions, and adapt to flexible operational demands when needed.
