Role overview
The Invoicing Lead will handle the daily invoicing workflow for Ward-Kraft invoices and support a range of accounting-related tasks as needed. This position is based in Fort Scott, Kansas and is intended for a full-time onsite team member.
Key duties
- Process company invoices each day without delay.
- Load invoices into client portals or billing platforms.
- Prepare and organize shipping-related reports.
- Send invoices through email to the relevant recipients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve and correct job tickets before invoicing.
- Take on other day-to-day responsibilities as assigned.
