We are seeking a passionate Instructional Designer Intern to contribute creatively in crafting compelling learning experiences for thousands of students nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive digital-first computer science courses inclusive of content, interactive activities, projects, and assessments focused on fostering true understanding.
- Innovate pedagogical strategies that shift away from theory-heavy teaching and encourage experiential learning through coding exercises, project work, demonstrations, and relatable narratives.
- Gather and analyze feedback regularly to refine and enhance courses on a monthly cycle.
- Collaborate closely with educators, industry experts, and fellow designers to ensure a cohesive and engaging learner journey.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (including B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech/M.E., BCA/MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc.).
- Pre-final or final-year students demonstrating a strong passion for educational innovation, especially within technology domains.
- Academic excellence with minimum 70% marks at 10th and 12th standards and 75% or CGPA of 7.5 and above at undergraduate/postgraduate levels.
- No active academic backlogs.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of Java, Python, and SQL programming languages.
- Strong communication skills with clarity and liveliness essential for explaining technical concepts effectively.
- Creativity coupled with resilience and attention to detail in content creation and iterative improvement.
- Bonus points for candidates with prior experience in content development, teaching, blogging, or related projects supported by portfolios, GitHub repositories, or writing samples.
Internship Details and Conditions
- Full-time in-office internship based in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- Duration is 3 months with possible extension up to 6 months depending on performance.
- Starting window: candidates must be available to commence internship between 17th July 2026 and 21st August 2026.
- Working schedule includes 6 days per week, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Monthly stipend of INR 20,000 (subject to TDS).
- Formal dress code is not required; casual attire is acceptable.
- Certification of internship completion will be awarded upon successful conclusion.
