In this position, you will speak directly with business owners and advise them on how a documentary feature can tell their story, enhance their brand, and serve as a powerful marketing tool.

Compensation

• This is a commission-only role, paying 10% of collected revenue.
• Typical monthly earnings are about $5,000 to $6,000 at the low end, $10,000 to $20,000 at the mid range, and $20,000 to $30,000 for top performers.
• Most team members work 5 to 8 hours per day.
• High performers can also build a recurring client base; after roughly a year, some reportedly earn $10,000 to $15,000 per month from repeat business alone.
• The company invests strongly in training, although not everyone remains on the team; around half of new reps are removed after the first 30 days.
• Those who pass the first 30 days are said to perform well.

Role Overview

• Use an ethical, no-pressure sales approach.
• Attend 16 Zoom calls per day, each lasting 30 minutes.
• Sell TV and media packages priced between $10,000 and $100,000 to small businesses.
• All appointments are inbound and are placed on your calendar through a Typeform application process.
• Show up on time for every meeting with your camera on and a professional presence.
• Be comfortable using technology, including SMS tools, reporting, and CRM updates after each call.
• Join the daily morning training session.
• Work fully remotely from anywhere, provided you have a professional home Zoom setup.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of sales experience is required.

Preferred Background

• Experience in marketing, advertising, media, or branding is preferred.
• High-ticket sales closing experience is desirable.
• B2B sales experience is a plus.
• Consultative selling skills are valued.
• Experience as an account executive is relevant.
• Background in inbound sales is helpful.
• Experience as an entrepreneur or founder is an advantage.
