Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position based in the Riyadh Region. The selected professional will take ownership of ICT, security, and audio-visual projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors, along with planning project requirements, preparing execution plans, and supervising installation, integration, testing, and final handover.

Key Duties

The Project Manager will be expected to manage project risks and issues, keep work aligned with applicable standards and security requirements, and produce accurate project records and status updates. In addition, the role includes leading project teams, tracking quality and performance, and communicating progress regularly to stakeholders so that projects are delivered successfully.

Required Background

Candidates should bring strong program management capability, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity, network security, and information security is needed to ensure solutions follow security best practices and regulatory expectations. Experience in security management, such as shaping security policies, handling risks, and working with internal and external security contacts, is also important.

The ideal candidate will have managed ICT infrastructure and AV projects involving networks, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, video conferencing, control rooms, and similar systems. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or equivalent credentials are considered beneficial.

Applicants should be able to read technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities, and work effectively with engineering and design teams. Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities are essential, especially in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment. English fluency is mandatory, Arabic is an advantage, and prior project experience in the Riyadh Region or the wider Saudi market is preferred.
