Role Overview
This contract, part-time opportunity is for an experienced HR professional who will support the improvement of AI-driven HR systems. The work involves contributing practical HR expertise that helps train and refine advanced AI models using realistic, high-quality input. It is a remote role open to candidates working from anywhere, with a pay range of $10 to $36 per hour.
Core Responsibilities
- Refresh and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and template documents so they remain aligned with current regulations and established best practices.
- Map out, assess, and improve onboarding steps and employee lifecycle processes to make operations more efficient.
- Provide guidance on compliance matters and employee relations situations, and prepare reference materials and training support content.
- Develop and review employee-facing communication and change-management messaging to support clear internal communication.
- Use hands-on HR experience to help evaluate and improve AI-based HR tools, workflows, and resources.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated background in HR policy creation, compliance, and operational processes, along with a solid grasp of regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, plus the interpersonal skills needed to shape effective employee communications.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capability, especially for reviewing and improving HR workflows.
- Comfort working independently while also collaborating with a remote team and consistently delivering quality output.
- Exposure to AI, especially where it intersects with HR, and openness to learning and contributing to AI-enabled HR solutions.
