Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer for a full-time position in Dubai, UAE. The role supports a major Dubai-based group with a broad business portfolio spanning more than 20 companies. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s background, experience, and qualifications.

Key Duties
- Set up, implement, and oversee HSE systems, site safety plans, inspection routines, and permit-to-work processes.
- Carry out inductions, toolbox talks, safety audits, incident investigations, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Check subcontractor adherence to safety standards and ensure compliance with UAE HSE requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, documentation, audit files, and safety performance tracking records.
Requirements
- NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent HSE qualification is required.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an HSE Officer, with strong exposure to site safety inspections, audits, and HSE reporting.
- Good understanding of safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident reporting procedures.
- The role is open to candidates who speak Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, or Malayalam.
