  • Work with the payroll team to make sure all HR changes are completed correctly and on time before payroll cut-offs.
  • Maintain filing and HR systems such as One Profile, Tamigo, Storeforce, and Right Check, while regularly checking records to protect data quality.
  • Track and notify relevant teams about overpayments for current and former employees.
  • Keep managers and employees informed through internal communication channels and help them stay updated on HR processes.
  • Raise purchase orders related to retail HR activity.
  • Support family leave queries, planning, system updates, and document preparation in coordination with payroll.
  • Contribute to process improvement work by reviewing how HR administration can be made more efficient and effective.
  • Assist the Head of HR Retail and HR Business Partners with ad hoc projects.
  • Share work across the small HR operations team, including covering colleagues during absences and periods of heavier workload.
