Role Overview
The Housekeeping Supervisor will play an important part in maintaining high cleanliness standards across Bob W’s Munich aparthotels. This position involves moving between multiple properties, carrying out inspections of guest rooms and shared spaces, coordinating with external cleaning partners, and assisting the Head Housekeeper. The role offers both variety and responsibility across the housekeeping operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Check departure rooms and shared areas each day across the aparthotel portfolio.
- Make sure all spaces meet the company’s cleanliness and quality expectations.
- Work closely with the outsourced cleaning provider to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support the Head Housekeeper and act as a connection point between housekeeping and management.
- Keep track of consumable items and flag replenishment needs for ordering.
- Rotate across the housekeeping supervisor team while covering five Munich properties with 30 to 119 rooms each.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related area is beneficial.
- A sharp eye for cleanliness and small details.
- Well-organized, dependable, and methodical working style.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to stay effective in busy periods.
Compensation and Benefits
- Gross monthly pay of €2,800.
- Monthly transportation allowance of €63.
- Permanent, secure position within a six-person housekeeping supervision team.
