Role Overview
Lovington Healthcare is a long-term care facility in Lovington, New Mexico, looking for a dependable housekeeping team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable setting for residents, visitors, and staff. The facility emphasizes a spirit of excellence and welcomes candidates who are ready to contribute to a caring healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks across the facility to keep all spaces sanitary, safe, attractive, and well organized.
- Work from supervisor instructions and the housekeeping schedule to clean offices, visitor and handicap restrooms, activity rooms, kitchen restrooms, service entrances, therapy rooms, entry and exit areas, utility spaces, closets, lounges, lobbies, halls, and similar areas.
- Handle emergency cleaning needs when they come up.
- Coordinate with other staff so resident services continue smoothly and the environment remains warm, calm, and welcoming.
- Follow company policies and the required dress code.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial setting, with familiarity in laundry and housekeeping procedures, is preferred.

This is a full-time position based onsite in Lovington, NM. Walk-in interviews are accepted at 1600 W Ave I, Lovington, NM 88260, USA. Applicants will have the chance to meet the administrator, Cydney.
