Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Housekeeper for its Webster, NY community. The starting pay for this position is $18 per hour. This role supports the company’s mission of enriching residents’ lives through hospitality, excellence, appreciation, respect, and teamwork.

Role Summary

As a Housekeeper, you will help keep resident apartments and shared spaces clean, orderly, and welcoming. Your work will contribute directly to the comfort and satisfaction of residents and visitors.

Key Duties

• Clean resident apartments, hallways, and other shared community areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments so they are ready for incoming residents.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident and guest needs or requests.
• Assist with responses to resident emergencies when needed.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful attitude toward residents, visitors, and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required; training will be provided.
• You should be able to communicate clearly in English.
• You need to be comfortable making independent decisions when situations require it.
• You should be able to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization.
• You must be able to maintain a warm, friendly, and professional presence with residents and coworkers.
