About the Role
Superb People Ltd is seeking an experienced Cleaner/Housekeeper for a long-term, permanent position with a family in Keston, Kent. This role involves a variety of duties including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and general household support. The family is known for treating their staff well and is looking for someone dedicated to maintaining an organized and welcoming home environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the immaculate condition and presentation of a spacious family residence.
- Performing daily tidying tasks across all living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
- Managing all laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing wardrobes.
- Regularly changing bed linens and monitoring household supply levels.
- Accepting deliveries and organizing grocery items.
- Undertaking occasional errands, such as purchasing household necessities or pet food.
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Assisting with preparations for family events and entertaining guests.
- Contributing to the efficient daily operation of the household.
About You
Candidates must possess prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper. A high level of attention to detail in cleaning and organization is required. The ideal applicant will be trustworthy, discreet, and professional, with a friendly, warm, and approachable demeanor. The ability to work autonomously and manage one's own schedule is essential. Comfort working around dogs is also necessary.

Working Hours and Days
This is a part-time position, requiring work four days per week. Mondays and Fridays are fixed working days, with two additional days to be mutually agreed upon. Typical working hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, though some flexibility may be offered to the right candidate.
