Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position is based in the Riyadh Region. The House Electrician will handle electrical installation, upkeep, and repair work across residential and commercial properties managed by KYNG. The role centers on ensuring electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with applicable standards.

Key Duties

• Install electrical systems and equipment in buildings under management.
• Carry out regular inspections to identify issues early.
• Diagnose electrical problems and carry out effective fault-finding.
• Repair and maintain electrical systems in both residential and commercial settings.
• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls as needed.
• Work with property management and maintenance colleagues to complete tasks smoothly.
• Keep clear records of completed work and materials used.
• Follow safety procedures and use the right tools and protective gear at all times.
• Support preventive maintenance efforts to reduce breakdowns, delays, and hazards.

Qualifications

• Solid basic knowledge of electrical principles and hands-on electrical work.
• Experience with maintenance and repair of electrical systems in homes and commercial buildings.
• Strong troubleshooting ability for finding and fixing electrical faults.
• Understanding of electrical engineering basics as they apply to building installations.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety rules, and standard practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Good communication skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Technical certification or vocational training in electrical work is preferred, and previous experience as a residential or building electrician is an advantage.
