Role Overview
This position is centered on creating a spotless, welcoming, and memorable guest experience rather than simply preparing rooms. The role involves a broad range of housekeeping duties that keep the hotel looking polished and guest-ready across rooms and shared spaces.
What You Will Do
- Carry out day-to-day housekeeping tasks across guest rooms and public areas.
- Respond to guest needs, including delivering requested items and supporting service requirements.
- Restock housekeeping carts and keep supplies organized and ready for use.
- Clean, refresh, and maintain rooms, corridors, and other hotel spaces to a high standard.
- Help preserve the overall appearance of the property so guests enjoy a consistently excellent stay.
Success Standards
- Work safely and follow established company procedures at all times.
- Protect confidential information and maintain professionalism in appearance and communication.
- Meet quality expectations and complete assigned duties reliably and thoroughly.
- Be prepared for extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to support the operation.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, non-management position based in Amman, Jordan. The role is not remote and is performed on site.
