This position sits within the Housekeeping & Laundry function and contributes to the overall cleanliness, order, and presentation of the hotel.
What this role is about
The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for creating a polished and welcoming environment across guest rooms and shared areas. The role goes beyond basic room cleaning and focuses on supporting the overall guest experience through attentive housekeeping service, responsiveness to requests, and consistent upkeep of the property.
Core duties
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other parts of the hotel.
- Respond to guest needs by delivering requested items and providing practical housekeeping support.
- Restock carts and supplies so daily operations run smoothly.
- Carry out room cleaning and other housekeeping tasks as required.
- Work proactively in the assigned area and complete tasks that help improve the guest experience.

Success in this position requires a strong commitment to safety, company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards. The role also calls for professional grooming, appearance, and communication at all times. The work is physically active and involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, along with lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
