Role Summary
As Head Waiter at The Guild, you will help lead front-of-house service and ensure guests enjoy a polished, memorable dining experience. The role involves overseeing orders, keeping service aligned between the kitchen and the floor, and helping maintain the overall standard of the dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold consistently high standards in service quality, presentation, and dining etiquette.
- Handle guest concerns and requests quickly, tactfully, and with a professional approach.
- Coach, guide, and support front-of-house team members.
- Provide supervision and hands-on assistance to the team throughout service shifts.
