Role Overview
CultFit is looking for a full-time Gym Trainer in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on guiding new users with structured fitness goals, monitoring their progress, and supporting user retention through active follow-up and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up clear fitness goals for newly onboarded users.
- Keep track of each user’s fitness progress over time.
- Identify users who are losing momentum and take steps to retain them, with attention to retention revenue targets.
- Prepare and share daily reports.

- Experience or background related to athletics, sports, or fitness.
- Prior exposure to sales or a sales-driven environment is an advantage.
