About the Role
We are hiring a Gym Receptionist for Cloud 7 Hotel and Residence in AlUla. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for gym members and visitors, helping create a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-desk experience.

About the Property
Cloud 7 Residence AlUla is a new destination in the region, offering short and long stays in an affordable lodge-style environment. The property is positioned for guests exploring AlUla’s heritage attractions, date farms, and local community. It includes 301 secluded bungalows, food and beverage outlets, co-working areas, and a fitness centre with a swimming pool, a paddle / multi-purpose court, and outdoor yoga and Pilates spaces.
Location Context
AlUla is one of the seven cities in the Medina Region in north-west Saudi Arabia and covers around 29,000 square kilometres. It is home to Hegra, Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, built more than 2,000 years ago by the Nabataeans. The property is about 25 minutes from AlUla International Airport (ULH) and is close to local markets, retail stores, and a hospital, offering both convenience and a calm setting.
What You Will Do
- Welcome gym members and visitors warmly and maintain a polished, professional front-desk presence.
- Answer incoming calls and handle questions in a clear, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Support membership sign-ups, renewals, payments, and general member enquiries.
- Arrange bookings for fitness classes and personal training appointments.
- Share accurate information about gym facilities, services, programmes, and membership choices.
- Keep the reception area tidy, well arranged, and inviting at all times.
- Carry out everyday administrative and front-office duties as needed.
- Respond quickly to member feedback, requests, and concerns to help maintain high satisfaction.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day gym operations.
- Follow gym policies and procedures to help maintain a safe environment.
- Oversee the presentation and cleanliness of the gym, changing rooms, and shared spaces.
- Clean and disinfect equipment such as machines, weights, and exercise mats.
- Perform regular checks on facilities and equipment to spot maintenance requirements.
- Escalate repair needs, safety issues, or operational concerns to the relevant team.
- Contribute to a positive guest experience through a friendly, service-focused approach.
Experience and Skills
- Some prior experience in a customer-facing or service-based role.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Comfort using basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong service orientation with a pleasant and professional manner.
- Open to learning, building new capabilities, and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Detail-oriented with sound problem-solving ability.
