About the Role
JW Marriott in Doha is hiring a Guest Experience Expert to create a stay that feels personal, seamless, and memorable. This role goes beyond standard check-in and check-out tasks by helping guests throughout their entire visit, handling operational needs, responding to requests, preparing reports, and sharing useful information about the local area.
Key Duties
The position requires an active, guest-focused approach where you move around the property and take initiative to solve problems and support visitors. The aim is to turn routine service moments into part of the overall guest experience.

Success in this role depends on maintaining a safe workplace, respecting company policies, protecting confidential information, safeguarding company property, and consistently meeting quality expectations. Professional conduct is expected in personal appearance, communication, and overall presentation.
Physical Requirements
This job involves being on your feet for long periods and performing hands-on tasks. You may need to stand, sit, or walk for extended stretches, and to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and there is no supervisory experience requirement or certification needed.
